Syncing QuickBooks to Track is secure and straightforward. Once you pick QuickBooks as the sync option on the onboarding screen on Track, you will be redirected to the QuickBooks website where you can securely authenticate with your QuickBooks admin credentials. This way, Track doesn't have access to your login credentials and only receives an oAuth token allowing us to pull in expense-related information periodically.
A thing to note is that we can only pull in expenses that are reviewed in QuickBooks, so if you have direct bank feeds connected to QuickBooks, make sure you periodically review and move those transactions into QuickBooks. Alternatively, you can set up bank feeds on Track directly so we pull in and analyze all your software and cloud expenses in real-time.
